Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole...one of my favorites!

Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole
1-2 pints Chicken
3-6 oz bacon pieces
1 ½ - 2 Cups Swiss Cheese
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
½ Cup Sour Cream
2-3 cups of Rice (depending on how much rice you like)
2 cups crushed Club Crackers
4-6 cups water
Cooking Spray

Cook rice according to package directions, mix sour cream and soup, crush crackers. Layer, in order, in a greased 9x13 inch dish, rice, chicken, bacon, swiss cheese, soup and sour cream mixture, bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
