Ground Beef Stroganoff

Ground Beef Stroganoff
1 pint beef
4 oz. Sour Cream (1/2 cup)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 t Salt
5 cups egg noodles
12 cups water

Boil egg noodles until done.  Cook beef and Drain.  Mix beef, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and salt together.  Serve over noodles.
